Scheduled Maintenance
Online and Mobile Banking will be unavailable for 30 minutes on Sunday, January 12 between 2:00-7:00 am as our service provider performs system maintenance to keep our systems operating at their best. ATM/POS transactions will be authorized based on stand-in limits. You can continue to use your debit card to complete transactions at point-of-sale terminals.
Security Measure for Online Banking
Members who have not used online banking for more than 120 days are required to contact our Service Centre at (780) 826-3377 to re-establish access.

Members please be advised that the widget feature in our mobile banking app is not functioning properly on Apple devices after the iOS 18 upgrade.

As a result, the feature that shows favorites and account balances has disappeared from the "Today View" on users' devices. However, the widgets are still visible on the pre-login screen of the iOS app, which remains unaffected by the upgrade. We are actively working to resolve this issue and apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.
