Canada Post Service Disruption
November 18, 2024 During the Canada Post service disruption, mail delivery of important documents — such as bank statements, bills, and invoices from companies you do business with — may be delayed.
To stay on top of your finances and payments during this time:
- Access your account information through LCU Online Banking, the LCU Mobile App, ATMs, or by visiting in branch.
- Register for eStatements
- For recurring bills, set up pre-authorized payments
- Use direct deposit to make sure your employer, a government agency, or other financial institution can deposit funds directly into your account
Security Measure for Online Banking
Members who have not used online banking for more than 120 days are required to contact our Service Centre at (780) 826-3377 to re-establish access.

Members please be advised that the widget feature in our mobile banking app is not functioning properly on Apple devices after the iOS 18 upgrade.

As a result, the feature that shows favorites and account balances has disappeared from the "Today View" on users' devices. However, the widgets are still visible on the pre-login screen of the iOS app, which remains unaffected by the upgrade. We are actively working to resolve this issue and apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.
