Service Notices
Starting March 17, 2025 Interac will begin using a second SMS short code, 100002, to improve the delivery of e-Transfer text notifications. Previously, all Interac e-Transfer text messages were sent from short code 100001, but going forward, messages may also come from 100002.
(A short code is a five to six digit recognizable mobile number that businesses use to send messages to customers. Interac uses short codes to deliver e-Transfer notifications to recipients. The short code will be the phone number associated with an Interac contact on a mobile device.)
Mobile Banking - Apple Devices
Please be advised that the widget feature for mobile banking is not functioning properly on Apple devices after the iOS 18 upgrade. As a result, the feature that shows favorites and account balances has disappeared from the "Today View" on users' devices. However, the widgets are still visible on the pre-login screen of the iOS app, which remains unaffected by the upgrade. We are actively working to resolve this issue and apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.
Members who have not used online banking for more than 120 days are required to contact our Service Centre at (780) 826-3377 to re-establish access.
We appreciate your understanding as we look to protect our members from fraudulent online account access.
